Zoom PCMCIA FaxModem Wins PC World's "Best Buy" Award

Boston, MA, March 8, 1996 - The Zoom/PCMCIA FaxModem V.34C FaxModem was named the "Best Buy" among 12 competing 28,800 bps PCMCIA faxmodems available in the U.S. by PC World magazine. The award was announced in the March 1996 issue of the U.S. monthly computer trade magazine, which has a circulation of about one million readers.

In head-to-head competition, PC World found that the Zoom/PCMCIA V.34C is a better value than Megahertz, the market share leader, as well as U.S. Robotics, Hayes, Microcom, and seven other PCMCIA faxmodems.
